The foundation promotes media literacy, supports the next generation of independent and entrepreneurial media initiatives, and actively defends democratic values. It addresses the challenges posed by disinformation, populism, climate denial and the unchecked power of digital platforms - by fostering critical thinking, credible journalism and responsible public debate.

Based in Luxembourg with a strong European and international outlook, the foundation acts as a bridge between local engagement and cross-border cooperation. Through strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives, it helps strengthen democratic resilience across Europe in the digital age.
